The hotel sits very close to the Rialto Bridge. The location is GREAT. Staff were very friendly and provided assistance. I also thought breakfast was a nice touch.
The room I received seemed smaller than what I booked. I found that the room had an odd smell. The air conditioning did NOT work properly, acting only as a heater.

the location was great, close to everything i wanted to see.
My room was really small. There was barely enough space to move around, and it felt quite cramped with my luggage. also, the walls seemed thin, i could hear conversations and other noises from the neighboring rooms.
